Over the last 4 weeks we have looked at Earth, and the other planets in our Solar System. We have learned about why Earth can support life, while other planets can. Some people think that we might have to move to Mars because Earth will become too hard to live on.

 

Explain why it is important to look after Earth, so that we don’t have to move to other planets.

Because this is the only planet that has air and food and water that can help life happen. Earth has an atmosphere that stops the sun’s blasts of heat from destroying earth as God made his decision and chose earth his favourite planet. Earth has trees to keep the air fresh so we dont breath is dust and earth has enough sunlight and water to keep them alive
